CHRISTAIN (OUR ORPHAN) LEARNS A TRADE

This is Christain and his boss.  History was made on the 6th of June 2015 as the team of Splendour Vintage Heights Foundation (also known as The Rural People) did the official signing of the agreement between them and the management of this welding company on the behalf of  Christain Deezua (an orphan from Sii community in Bara, Gwara) in Bori, Rivers State. Beside the signing and paying the fee for the agreement, the rural people also provided Christain with Safety Helmet, hand gloves, safety glasses and canvass shoe.  That particular date was intentionally chosen as it coincided with the birthday date of our live-matron Mrs. Emah Ekpo.

One of our partners Fr. Peter Isidore prayed for Christain and his boss before handing over the money for his training. On behalf of our donors, partners and everyone at the rural people, we wish Christain success in this career and we also call for more people to get involved in what we are doing at the rural people so that you can help another orphan learn a trade.
